Courtney Miller2023-08-14My only regret is not being able to do this sooner! As someone who carried alot of trauma from my first surgery in 2005, I was very nervous and very anxious when booking a consult with Dr. McGuire. I feared that I would be shamed for wanting my implants taken out instead of replaced, talked into doing something I wasn't wanting, or told I waited too long in regards discussing my options. Boy was I wrong! When I uttered the words "I've had these in for 18 years and I'm done", she looked me in the eyes and said "Great, let's take them out!". My sigh of relief could be heard around the world! She listened, she gave honest perspective, and provided realistic answers to each and every one of my questions. And it doesn't just stop with her- Rachael is fantastic (even when my autocorrect misspelled her name constantly, ha!) and so proactive with before and after care instructions and questions; Kaysie always made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and boy what a supportive cheerleader; Jodi is an office manager that has the energy of a best friend. I missed my first surgery date that I waited months for when I got covid out of nowhere, and they were so great at getting me scheduled for a new date that was within the safe window. Going in that morning was a breeze- plus being surrounded by a community of all women professionals was like a dream! I am currently 15 weeks post-explant w/lift and I am just speechless. (hence why it's taken me so long to write this review). Bottom line: just go meet her. Meet her staff. Fall in love with all of them. Miss them when it's all over with. Wish you all the best in your journey!Jessica Cox2023-05-11I'm long overdue on this review, but if I could give more stars, I would. Dr. McGuire is my absolute favorite! I went into my procedure so afraid, uncertain, and with a TON of questions. I even came back for a second consult. She didn't act like I was annoying or a waste of time. She didn't try to sell me on anything. She listened to my concerns and needs and gave me her honest opinions. From scheduling to post-op, there was not one snag. She is punctual and extremely clear on what to expect every step of the way, to the hour, pretty much. She is so honest, which made me relax. I wish I would have met her 10 years ago and had my procedure done. My recovery was exactly as she told me it would be, and I was extremely shocked to see how quickly I healed and how easy it was. My self-esteem is back. I feel perfect, and would do it all over again. I've even had early morning and weekend questions I've sent to her that she IMMEDIATELY responded to. She's friendly and CARES about her patients. I think that's what stands out about her. You can tell she values her patients and truly listens. I wish I had enough room on here to rave about her more, but all I can say is you can trust her, and if you're contemplating cosmetic surgery, just do it. She is AMAZING and does amazing work! From the get go, Dr. McGuire answered all my questions, she gave me exactly what I wanted and has followed up with me very closely post op. From the moment she came in the room I knew she would be my doctor. She listened to all of my wants, concerns and thoughts and answered the large majority of my questions before I even had to ask. Her knowledge and straightforwardness is what sold me on her being my doctor. I truly appreciate doctors that don’t sugarcoat or skim over my questions and Dr. McGuire did neither of those. While I had pretty realistic expectations going into my consultation, she confirmed what was or was not realistic and why is was or was not. I scheduled my surgery with her coordinator, Jodi for 4 weeks after my consultation. Jodi was super easy to work with, very responsive and explained the process of payment and coordination with the surgery center. The nurse Rachael called a few days before surgery to confirm I picked up all my medications that I would need for post surgery and went over all the dos and don’t for the night before surgery. I went into the surgery center in Ballwin the morning of surgery. The waiting room seemed pretty busy, but once checked in and taken back for prep, it was calm and not as stressful. Dr. McGuire came in to mark me up and go over any last minute questions with me and helped easy some of my anxiety. All of the nurses and anesthesiologist assisting her were amazing, very attentive and such upbeat fun personalities that you didn’t feel like you were going back for surgery. I am currently 3 weeks and 3 days out from surgery and this recovery has been so much easier than when I had my breast implants put in. Soreness and tenderness, but I have been able to manage without pain medicine after the day of surgery. I had a follow up appt with the nurse practitioner to remove my drains. I was extremely nervous about this, but again, the nurse practitioner made me feel at ease and it was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. During my 2 week follow up with Dr. McGuire, she removed the surgery tape and confirmed how great and amazing my breasts look after surgery! She is truly an artist and I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a face lift with fat transfer 6 weeks ago with Dr Caplin. My results are better than I ever expected! My jowels are gone and my neck is tight. I had no bruising or pain! I actually went out to dinner on day 9 after surgery. I’ve even been wearing my hair pulled back because his sutures are so tiny. If you didn’t know me you wouldn’t know I had surgery. In other words, I’m not unnatural looking or overly pulled! I look refreshed and younger! Obviously I highly recommend Dr Caplin. Everyone in his office and at the surgery center are amazing! Best decision I could have made!

Dr Caplin was easy to talk to and very thorough. I have had 2 surgeries with him. My results were beyond perfect. His staff is exceptional.

Excellent. He performed my reconstruction after a mastectomy. It is an outstanding job. He is very caring and is the entire staff. They are wonderful when going thru a hard time.

I highly recommend Dr. Caplin. I went to 3 other doctors over the past two years before I found someone who understood exactly what I wanted. They answered all my questions and they were always available, professional, friendly and supportive. I'm SO pleased with my procedure and my results.

From my consultation to my first post op visit, everything was so smooth and easy with Dr. McGuire and her staff! I am so happy with my results and feel so much more confident and womanly. After 2 kids, my already small chest felt non-existent. During the consult, I enjoyed their virtual pictures so I could see how I might look with different size implants. Dr. McGuire is very knowledgeable and I trust her eye completely. It was important for me to still look as natural as possible and look proportional with my body size, and she takes all that into consideration. She also offers yearly check ins with her because she cares about her patients and wants them to still love their results. After my consultation, I knew she was my surgeon and booked with her within 3 weeks. Call her now, you will not regret doing this for yourself!

I had the best experience with Dr. McGuire and her staff. I lost about 70 lbs, but after 4 kids I had sagging areas in my tummy that wouldn’t tighten no matter what I did. I had gotten to the point that I felt good about my body aside from my tummy and feared that Dr. McGuire might point out other areas that also needed work that I hadn’t noticed. She didn’t do that at all. In fact, she actually made me feel really good about myself and other areas that I asked about. She felt a tummy tuck and some lipo on my sides was really all I needed, and my results have been spectacular. I feel like myself again, and I could not recommend Dr. McGuire more highly. She’s top notch!

Dr. McGuire is amazing! Her knowledge and bedside manner is top-notch. Her confidence will make you feel confident in your decision, as she is straightforward and honest. She will make you feel comfortable and will answer all your questions. I am so thankful I found Dr. McGuire, she did an incredible job... and when you look good you feel good!

Dr. McGuire was recommended to me by another medical professional for breast augmentation surgery and I couldn't have ended up in better hands. Dr. McGuire and her staff were beyond professional, courteous, and expeditious and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar surgery.
