COVID OFFICE POLICIES
Waiting Room Policy
We have changed how and when you will check in for your scheduled appointment. In order to maintain social distancing, we will be scheduling fewer appointments each day, so we ask for your patience. In addition, patients will be instructed to arrive on time, wait in their cars, and we will text you when your room is available. Our office staff will admit you to the office one at a time whenever possible.
Temperatures
Every person entering the office (doctors, staff, patients, etc.) will have their temperature taken upon entry to the office. Any person with a temperature over 100° will be asked to leave, patients will be asked to reschedule their appointments.
Face covering or mask to protect yourself and others
Please be aware that all doctors and staff will be wearing masks until this is no longer recommended. We ask that you wear a face covering or mask as well. If you do not have a face covering or mask, please either purchase one or make one.
Enhanced cleaning processes
Extra time and care is being taken between patients and every night to ensure the cleanliness of all equipment and frequently touched surfaces. We are cleaning all surfaces and equipment with an EPA approved disinfectant.
Hand hygiene protocol
Our staff continues to adhere to our hand hygiene protocol. We encourage you to wash/sanitize your hands before and after checking into your appointment. Alcohol- based hand sanitizer is available throughout all offices.
Visitor Policy
We ask all visitors accompanying patients to wait in their vehicle, we cannot accommodate relatives, friends or children at this time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take these extra precautions to provide the safest environment possible for our patients and staff.
